See Ya Next Year!

First, just want to say Happy Holidays to everyone. I hope you had a great holiday season and a safe and happy new year. This will be my last blog of 2006.

It was a sad 2006, as I said goodbye to some great people, such as Elon Utley who was one of my closest friends. We also recently lost twelve people in our last wind storm. It was also a career changing year for me as I left KING-FM in the beginning of the summer. My plans for the future hold alot of hope for some changes I want to make in my life. I’ll announce more in 2007. Here is a list of some of favorite songs, movies and blogs from 2006:

    Make a Wish Foundation

Making a wish come true for a child may not seem like a lot, but to that child, it means the world. The Make-A-Wish Foundation helps grant wishes for children fighting life-threatening medical conditions. It’s a foundation close to my heart and I would like to take a moment to share a story with you. I met just such a child, a young boy named Nathan battling leukemia.
